CSI Headings Make sure all CSI Categories for the project are entered into the CSI Categories and CSI Headings table before you start entering budget data. Otherwise, you will have to close the customer, project and budget forms to add the codes.
The CSI Headings table is populated with the application when you install it. These initial records cannot be changed or deleted. You may add codes if necessary. Because these codes drive the organization of many of the reports in RCC, you want to ensure that any codes you add continue with the defined sequence. That is, don’t skip codes and make sure they are sequential. Review the Budget Report to see how this works.
